We are hoping 20 people (stores, schools. families) will donate $200 each so we can reach our goal of $4000.

Since USCF implemented the 5-second delay rule chess has been dramatically changed. Chess is much more exciting as players fight the clock with more chances of a draw. Responding to this change a sponsor has helped The Right Move upgrade clocks to provide 5-second delay. Initial results are good but small unpaid staff works much harder so that players can meet what must become their own responsibility.
Miscellaneous:
Need improvement Points: we have too few staff with too many jobs leading to a super overworked staff; more volunteers are needed. The new officers appointed in June must assume more responsibility.
Positive observations: staff is gracious and they do all possible for the players, parents and coaches.
Motion:
Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Renee Scorcia and 2nd by Yvonne Scorcia.
